Role and Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and build trust.
• Present and explain product features and benefits to potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
